Nikkia Carter , previously Nikkia McGowan, was born and raised in inner city Baltimore, MD. She and her siblings were brought up by their separated parents and were heavily influenced by their paternal grandmother. Nikkia found a love for science, especially genetics, and computer science at an early age and her love for computer science turned into her career.

Mark Brummel  started working with Navision in 1997 as an end user. He started working for a Navision solution center in 1999 and witnessed the evolution of the product. In 2006, he received the MVP award from Microsoft and started a journey of close involvement in the product. After the migration to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the three-tier architecture and role-tailored user interface, he became a trusted consultant, frequently visiting the Microsoft Development Center in Copenhagen and speaking at events.

Julio Cesar Rodriguez Martino  is a machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) platform architect, focusing on applying the latest techniques and models in these fields to optimize, automate, and improve the work of tax and accounting consultants. The main tool used in this practice is the MS Office platform, which Azure services complement perfectly by adding intelligence to the different tasks.

Orin Thomas  is a Principal Cloud Operations Advocate at Microsoft and has written more than 3 dozen books for Microsoft Press on topics including Windows Server, Windows Client, Azure, Office 365, System Center, Exchange Server, Security, and SQL Server. He has authored Azure Architecture courses at Pluralsight, has authored multiple Microsoft Official Curriculum and EdX courses on a variety of IT Pro topics, and is completing a Doctorate of Information Technology on cloud computing security and compliance at Charles Sturt University.
